Return/Replacement Policy:

 
We take great pride in our design and fabrication of The Wrap Wizard. However, if a manufacturing defect is discovered, we will be happy to repair or replace the item. Returns will not be accepted at this time. 

 
All repairs/replacements must be accompanied by a return authorization number. The return authorization numbered will be assigned by calling or emailing our office prior to returning the product. After initiating the return process, you will receive the return authorization number by email. Please include the return authorization email with your return. Packages without proper documentation may not be able to be processed or may be subject to longer processing times.

 
All repairs/replacements are processed within 1-3 weeks of receiving returned merchandise.

 
Please make sure that all items are packaged and secured in the appropriate sized box. Items and contents can shift during shipping and properly securing items will prevent damage.

Shipping Information:

 
We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to an order that has already been submitted. All orders placed on www.wrap-wizard.com will be processed (pending payment approval) and shipped out of our distribution center within 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed. We try to ship your order to you quickly regardless of shipping method.
